Car's 27 – RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
This agreement is made between Car's 27 and the Renter (Client) for the rental of a self-drive vehicle. By accepting delivery of the vehicle, the Renter agrees to the following terms:
1. DOCUMENTATION & VERIFICATION
- Mandatory Documents: The Renter must provide an original Aadhaar Card and a valid Driving License.
- Additional Verification: A copy of an Electricity Bill, Student ID, or Office ID is required.
- Verification: Original documents will be physically verified by our executive at the time of delivery.
- Eligibility: Only holders of a valid permanent Driving License are eligible. Learning Licenses are strictly not acceptable.
2. PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY
- Customer documents are collected solely for security and compliance purposes. We maintain strict confidentiality and will never share personal data with third parties, except when required by law or for legal proceedings.
3. USAGE & MILEAGE LIMITS
- Daily Limit: A limit of 300 KM per day is permitted.
- Extra KMs: Any usage beyond the daily limit will be charged at 0.4% of the daily rental price per extra kilometer.
Fuel Policy: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the start of the trip (Same-to-Same).
4. DELIVERY & INSPECTION (MANDATORY)
- The Renter must take a proper video and photos of the vehicle at the time of delivery. This includes all existing dents, scratches, fuel level, and the odometer reading.
- This evidence is required to avoid any disputes during the return process.
5. PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
- Reservation: A 20% advance of the daily rental price is required to confirm a booking.
- Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of ₹2,500 to ₹5,000 (depending on the car model) is required.
Refund Timeline: The deposit will be refunded within 48 to 72 hours after the completion of a successful trip.
- Deductions: Only Traffic Challans incurred during the rental period will be deducted from the deposit.
- Cancellation: A Full Refund is provided if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
6. LATE RETURNS & EXTENSIONS
- Late Fee: Late returns are charged at 10% of the daily rental price per extra hour.
- Extensions: If you wish to extend your trip, you must inform us at least 6 hours before the trip ends. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability.
7. ACCIDENTS, DAMAGES & ASSISTANCE
- Liability: The Renter is solely responsible for any accidental damage, repair charges, or costs required to restore the car to its original condition.
- Roadside Assistance: In case of a breakdown, we provide roadside assistance or a replacement vehicle.
